Charleston Shag Club

Welcome to Charleston Shag Club!

 

The Charleston Shag Club is dedicated to preserving and promoting the South Carolina State Dance, "The Shag." We accomplish our goal by providing our members with the opportunity to socialize and interact with others who enjoy The Shag. We provide information on instructors and dance oportunities in our local area as well as events up and down the east coast. Being a community-minded organization, we also provide Shag demonstrations and lessons at various community events. It is our hope that this website will be both enjoyable and helpful to you.
